Fully individualized treatments was one of Resurgens founding principles. Having set stackable subscriptions for each treatment as many other clinics do severely limits the range of customization we can offer to our patients. Many treatments are temporary and some are more time intensive than others, therefore we charge a therapeutic management fee on top of the clinic membership individualized to the details of your protocol. This ensures that you are not overbilled unnecessarily for temporary treatments and are charged the amount that exactly fits your designated treatment.
After completing your intake form and submitting your lab work, you will be scheduled for an introductory consultation with one of our staff. This is to help answer any questions about our clinic and treatment processes. Our staff member will also compile a full report for your treatment provider so they have a clear understanding of your symptoms and concerns. You will then be scheduled with your provider for a telemedicine appointment where you will be evaluated for treatment. If eligible your prescriptions will then be transmitted to the appropriate pharmacy immediately following the appointment.
Our medical director’s clinical guidance is not “cookie cutter.” We do not set absolute numbers on your labs that need to be met for you to be treated. Instead, our provider does a case-by-case analysis of several lab markers which affect the symptomology of hormonal deficiency to determine if HRT is warranted clinically. During your telemedicine call your provider also considers your personal input and reporting of the severity of your symptoms and understanding of the impacts of HRT to determine final eligibility for treatment.
We can treat anyone eligible who is considered to be an adult in your state of residence for medical purposes. The evolving understanding of hormonal deficiency is that it can have a negative impact at any age. We do not tailor our services specifically to men who are over 40 or women who are post menopause. However, for potential patients under the age of 25, greater scrutiny is placed on evaluation of the patient and ensuring they understand the impacts of the treatment and adhering to their prescribed protocol.

Resurgens Medical currently requires male patients to have at minimum CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Total Testosterone, Estradiol, and PSA within the past 6 months. Female Patients are at minimum required to have CBC, CMP, Lipid Panel, Total Testosterone, Estradiol, Progesterone, and Prolactin within the past 6 months. We are happy to assist in writing an order to be billed to your insurance carrier for a lab panel, and for uninsured patients we offer cash pay third party options.
